Cancellation Policy

Deposits vary per Appointment . Some Appointments require a non refundable deposit at the time of booking, unless full payment is required for specials and promotions. Some Appointments Will give you an option to pay in full in person or online. Cancellations made on or before the 48 hour period will receive a coupon credit of the deposit amount towards one future appointment. This coupon must be used within 14 days of its issue date. No exceptions . In the event that Beautifully Bold has to cancel , a refund will be issued.
